3D Brain Imaging

We provide whole-brain light-sheet microscopy of intact samples, visualizing structure, activity, drug distribution, and molecular markers at single-cell resolution. Protocols include tissue clearing and multiplexed immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization (protein/mRNA) for rich, quantitative data.

Image Analysis
